El-Khirba is a settlement situated in the southern fringes of the modern town Nes Ziyyona, Israel, within the southern part of the Mediterranean Coastal Plain. The large-scale excavations conducted by the Israel Antiquities Authority yielded archaeological remains dated mainly to Roman–Ottoman periods.
