Tsomet Shoket, on the banks of Nahal Hevron (Wadi el-Khulil) in the Be’er Sheva Valley was excavated by the Israel Antiquities Authority. The excavations yielded settlement remains from the Late Chalcolithic period, including buildings, pits, and four subterranean complexes.
